All products and prices are subject to change without notice.

All artwork is unique to Jo Creative Co. No item should be reused, duplicated, or tampered with in any way. Sharing digital files, editing them, or claiming them as your own is strictly prohibited.

Handwritten calligraphy is authentic. As much as Jo Creative Co strives to be perfect, true authenticity means no perfection. Therefore, the clients accept that small, minor blemishes may occur.

Candles can be dangerous when the proper safety procedures and guidelines are not followed. We have affixed a safety label to the bottom of each candle (if you don’t have one, please let us know and we will send it to you immediately). Following these simple guidelines to protect you and your home.

  • Never burn a candle unattended.

  • Always keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch.

  • Burn a candle in a well-circulated room and keep away from drafts.

  • Burn on a flat, heat-resistant surface.

  • Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects.

  • Burn for no more than two to three hours at a time.

  • Do not let the candle burn completely to the bottom of the jar (leave at least ¼ inch)

CUSTOM & SEMI-CUSTOM SUITES

It is the client’s responsibility to completely proofread their designs. After the final proofs of the designs are approved by the client, they will be printed. If the client approves incorrect text in the final proof (misspellings, spacing errors, etc), Jo Creative Co. will not be held responsible. If the final products the client receives do not match the approved proof, Jordyn will be responsible for reprinting all affected items free of charge.

Shipping and Handling

I use USPS Ground Advantage Mail (3-5 days) shipping with all of my orders unless specifically requested otherwise.

If items are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit to the client, Jo Creative Co. will not be held responsible. If you choose to have your items reprinted or replaced, Jo Creative Co. will cover 10% of the cost, but cannot guarantee an expedited completion and delivery of your items. Please reach out via email at jocreativecompany.com to receive that discount code.

Due to the artisan and custom-made nature of products purchased from Jo Creative Co., returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted.

By placing an order, you are agreeing to all the above shipping terms and conditions.


Disclaimer for International Orders

Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

International customers (non U.S.):
Please be aware that some countries may apply customs duty on imported items, which may result in additional costs to the buyer and could cause delays.  Please be aware of your local policies, as any additional costs or delays are beyond our direct control and will be borne by the purchaser.
