Simply mail back your used candle jars, and you'll receive shop credit (free 4oz candle) or the option to refill them at a discounted price. By participating in our program, you can join us in our efforts to reduce waste and promote sustainability.
Ways to reduce
REFILL YOUR CANDLE or VESSEL
Already have a vessel you love? We're happy to refill your used candle jars! Send it to us, and we will fill it with the scent of your choice and ship it back to you.
$2.50 per 1 ounce of wax
Not sure if your vessel will work for a candle? Most glass, metal, and sealed ceramic vessels are generally acceptable for candle-making. Send us a photo and we'll let you know what we think! *Please note, that not all vessels are suitable for candles.
RECYCLE YOUR USED JARS
Have you got empties? If you’re not looking to refill your Jo Creative Co jars but have too many to repurpose, we will happily take them off your hands and turn them into new candles. Please note we only accept our amber glass jars with black metal lids in good reusable condition. We do not accept broken or chipped glass, please recycle those at your local recycling facility.
